Why you sweat so much at night—and what to do about it

Every night, I sleep with my AC blasting and three different fans angled to provide the maximum cooling effect. Yet I still wake up again and again, thrashing around in search of the best breeze. Sweating overnight can certainly be alarming—but as I found out when I called up experts, a variety of lifestyle and environmental factors could be playing a role.
